What is BODYBLOOM?
Body Bloom is a progressive high school-delivered program providing young women, parents and carers with the motivational tools to establish confidence, self-empowerment, and body appreciation for prevailing physical and mental health.
Body Bloom fuses evidence-based nutrition with a positive psychology framework to challenge negative self-talk and re-write individual narratives around body image.
OUR STORY
Introducing our early intervention program, BODY BLOOM. What started as a passion project quickly progressed as an increasing number of young women presented with disordered eating patterns and low self-esteem, influenced by perceived social 'norms' and pressurised by social media platforms.
Body Bloom is now a dynamic program on a mission marked by an overwhelming response from schools like yours.
We are devoted to creating an accessible and pragmatic community for adolescent women, where a positive food relationship and body image combine to create a lasting cornerstone to bloom.

“Body Bloom is a fantastic program that delivers a much-needed message to young women, that they should love and respect the skin they’re in.
The presenters themselves arrived fully armed with an awareness of these issues which allowed them to deliver a powerful message in a fresh and authentic way. Our students responded with overwhelming positivity and particularly loved the fusion of topics such as the importance of nutrition and cultivating a healthy body image.”
